Our Specialized Selection Process
The Solution Marketing team works closely with our Clients to identify their immediate, interim, and future staffing needs: first, we acquaint ourselves with the challenges and opportunities of your business—brands, channels of distribution strategies, advertising and promotional strategies. Second, we familiarize ourselves with the culture of the company and the individual personalities within your company.

After personally interviewing each candidate, we offer you a submission of resumes and you ultimately decide on the candidate that is right for your needs.
